Payment Terms
To begin any handmade sketch, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is required via UPI. This covers premium A4 paper and the artist's initial time and effort.
Shipping Timeline
Sketches typically take 3–4 days to complete. After your order is ready, shipping to your location takes 7–10 business days depending on your city.
Damage & Returns
Because these are custom handmade products, we do not offer standard returns. However, if your sketch is damaged in transit, please provide an unboxing video as proof to claim a refund or rework. Claims without a video cannot be processed.
Order Cancellation
Once the artist has begun work on your sketch, the order cannot be cancelled and the advance will not be refunded. Cancellations are only considered if work has not yet started.
