Artistic Authenticity
We guarantee that all our artworks are 100% handmade using premium A4 sheets and professional drawing tools. Since each portrait is unique and hand-drawn, slight differences from digital photos are completely natural and expected.
Payment & Delivery
- 50% advance payment is required before work begins
- Remaining balance is due at delivery (COD) or before dispatch
- Incomplete payments may result in order hold or cancellation
Portfolio & Social Media Rights
AS_SketchStudio retains the right to showcase completed sketches on our portfolio, website, and social media (Instagram/YouTube). If you wish to keep your portrait private, please inform us at the time of ordering.
Customer Responsibility
For custom orders, the client must provide a high-quality, clear reference photo. The better the photo quality, the better the portrait outcome. Artists are not responsible for portrait quality when blurry or very old photos are provided.
Intellectual Property
The AS_SketchStudio logo, artwork images, and website content are our exclusive property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is legally prohibited.
